Huge thank you to Andy and his excellent team at Perway Construction on completing a big renovation for us on time, in just over 3 weeks, as quoted. We are absolutely thrilled to bits and extremely impressed with our beautiful new upper floor, comprising of a huge bedroom, large walk in robe, beautiful living area and the highlight being the creation of a luxurious new bathroom! It’s like living in a different house! The quality of the work carried out is outstanding. Andy has a very talented, trustworthy, friendly and tidy group of guys working for him. We highly recommend Andy and his team and wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again for any future works. Big thanks again guys! We love our new space!

Andy & the team delivered the project on time and on budget, the service was 5 star, they were tidy and courteous to our neighbours. Andy gave us regular updates (WhatsApp videos & messages) on the progress and was accessible & responsive to all our enquiries. The progress Gant chart was fantastic and helped us track and plan. If Andy suggests something we trusted him and he always guided us in the right direction. The whole process from the first meeting, the planning, the contract, the build and the handover was seamless. The tradies were like part of the family. Our only regret is that we were in such a rush to get back into the house (had visitors coming from overseas) that we didn’t have time for Andy & his team to come & do the professional photos. The follow up service has been top class. We would definitely recommend this team 🙏🏼 we are so proud of our beautiful home 🏠 now. Project- kitchen & bathroom full renovation, addition of en-suite, replace some doors and windows, lighting fixtures updated, new flooring and skirting boards throughout, full paint throughout.

I had the pleasure of viewing my daughter and soninlaw’s newly renovated bathroom, toilet and laundry by Andy & The Team and from what I saw it spurred me on to have my bathroom waterproofed and revamped. From my very first meeting with Andy, to the final result, I can truly say that Andy and his Amazing Team were meticulous. I was “kept in the loop” every step of the way and the renovation was completed on time. The Team’s eye for detail, and communication with me and each other, resulted in an exceptional outcome that I cannot fault in any way. Where to start! Andy and the team at Perway took on my disaster of a build when no one else would. From the initial onsite consultation, to contract signing - the process has been a breeze. Andy committed to getting me into my home by Christmas, and he delivered. The quality of work and communication throughout the build has been exceptional. We had a few unforeseen works pop up, but Andy and the team were on top of it, ensuring there were no delays. I will be forever grateful to the team at Perway, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home. We used Perway to convert our upstairs balcony into a nursery/ home office. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Clear and upfront with costings. Great communication. Even very bravely continued working through a giant bee swarm that decided to make our backyard fence home. Workmanship was excellent. All trades that were used were lovely to deal with and left their work spaces clean. Overall 5/5 experience.

When I started my design business, it was very important for me to align with a Builder who shares the same values around the client experience, while demonstrating quality in the execution of our client's project. I followed Perway on social media for a couple of years before engaging them, and as suspected, they have not disappointed. They run a very professional outfit from their pre-construction process through to the delivery of the build. They are highly customer focused and simply want to do the best they can to satisfy the homeowner's needs. Thank you to the entire team at Perway for bringing my designs to life and for looking after our clients in the way that you do! Highly recommend to anyone who is after strong workmanship and a trusted team in your home.

Andy and his excellent team handled our job with professionalism and great care. They operated with integrity, honesty and competence and the result was work of the highest standard. Andy is a genuinely nice person who wants the best result for you and takes great care and pride in the service he and his team provide. He communicated clearly and thoroughly on all aspects of the work and we felt very supported. From start to finish it was a pleasure to have Andy and his team on site. They were on time, reliable and left things very neat and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Perway for future projects and I thoroughly recommend them.

Big thanks to Andy, Chloe and the team for their great work. We had Perway assist with the demolition of our house, which shared a wall with the neighbour. The team were great at communicating with us, our demolition contractor and our neighbour, keeping everyone on side and keeping things moving as unforeseen issues came up. The separation from next door and remediation of the neighbour's roof and wall went smoothly and the final result looks great. Thanks again and we would highly recommend Perway to our friends and family.

Working with Andy and the Perway team has been an absolute pleasure. From day one their professionalism, communication, and organisation on site stood out. Andy runs his projects with precision and makes sure every trade works together smoothly, which makes a huge difference for the final result. His team on site were incredibly helpful, respectful, and easy to coordinate with. Just over a month ago we moved back into our newly renovated home courtesy of the team at Perway. On a daily basis, we walk into our new living space and still can’t believe this is our home! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the whole space reflects the pride they take in their work, but also the vision we’d curated on Pinterest… brought to life by their skills and attention to detail. From the very first meeting, we felt completely at ease. Andy’s genuine warmth, honesty and down-to-earth nature made us feel more like family than clients. Perway is a company that truly lives its values. They align themselves with other businesses who share their commitment to eco-friendly, sustainable, and passive house design. And they were true to their word from the beginning, promising a 12–16 week timeline and delivering as stated, without compromising quality. You often hear horror stories about building companies, but throughout the entire renovation, the team were courteous, professional, respectful, and hardworking. Communication was clear, the process felt smooth on the whole, and in some cases, they went above and beyond. Perway took so much stress out of what could have easily been an overwhelming experience. We are so grateful to the entire Perway team for giving us our “forever home” that we could have only dreamt about. For a company whose integrity, craftsmanship and genuine care truly set them apart, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
